Indian Comfort Food 101

Learn how to cook Indian comfort food classics and great foundational techniques to make perfect curries and lentils! Together we'll make:
Coconut chicken curry - Creamy chicken curry in coconut milk
Dal - Red lentils with season greens
Indian chai - Spiced black milk tea
A couple notes:
- We are BYOB - feel free to bring any alcoholic beverages. Glassware and water are provided.
- We ask that participants are fully vaccinated.
- None of us can predict the future regarding COVID and its accompanying city or state regulations. If regulations tighten in advance of this class, we will move to a virtual format and refund 50% of the cost.
